Please read the registration guidelines very well before registering

Online Registration Guidelines

For Individual Delegate Registration, Please follow the instructions below clearly

  • On the Registration landing page click on the Next button below to proceed to the next stage which shows the registration fee
  • Choose Individual Registration option
  • Click on Next button to proceed to the delegate registration stage
  • Click on the Add button to enter all the required field (Please make sure you enter the correct details as this will be used to produce your conference tags, certificate and materials)
  • You can add the spouse by ticking the “Will come with spouse” option
  • On successful filling of the form, click on Add Record, then close the dialog box. The expected fee to be paid will be displayed below
  • Look at the instructions in red by the right for the payment before proceeding,
  • Click on the Next button to make payment.

You can make payment via the options below in the order of preference

  1. Interswitch (Verve & Master Card): Redirects you to Interswitch payment gateway, select your card type and enter your card details, on successful payment it directs you back to the registration site with a page to print your receipt with instant Email and SMS sent to the email and phone number you used in registering.
  2. Remita (Master Card, Visa Card & Bank & Internet Banking): Redirects to Remita payment options page and generates an RRR for you. With the RRR you can pay via any option of your choice: Master/Visa Card, Banking hall, and Internet banking/Mobile Apps Banking. On successful payment, instant SMS and Email will be sent to the delegate Phone and SMS
  3. Payment outside the Portal: This option is for those that transferred directly to the NSE Conference Bank Account. After choosing this option, you will directed to the next option of choosing the bank account you paid into, date of payment and amount paid. Please note that after entering this details you are to wait for 24-48 hours before you can receive your confirmation code.

You are STRONGLY ADVISED to use option 1 and 2 above for instant notification and confirmation of payment

GROUP REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

  • On the Registration landing page, click on the Next button below to proceed to the next stage which shows the registration fee
  • Choose Group Registration option
  • Click on Next button to proceed to the participant registration stage
  • Click on the Add button to enter all the required field for each of the participants of that group (Please make sure you enter the correct details as this will be used to produce each delegates conference tags, certificate and materials). After entering all the group participants’ details, enter the Group Name, Address and choose the leader of the group who is also among the list of delegates entered. Please note that the Group Leader will be the one to collect the materials on behalf of other group members.
  • You can add the spouse by ticking the Will come with spouse option for each of the delegates registered in the group
  • On successful filling of the form, click on Add Record, then close the dialog box.
  • Look at the instructions in red by the right for the payment before proceeding,
  • Click on the Next button to make payment.
